Dear Mr. Heinkel,
Thank you for taking the time to talk and counsel with my husband and I about
our ugly tax situation. I believe that God has given me a keen sense of discernment
and as we were sitting in your office, I sensed a genuineness about what
you do in your profession. Although I was very skeptical about opening up
such personal devastating information to a complete stranger, I felt a little
peace after leaving your office. In addition, your phone call to us on July
6th was a tremendous relief and blessing. You got back to us regarding our
concern about assisting our kids in college if we decided to file bankruptcy.
Your response and advice was quick and honest. You advised us to hold off
on filing bankruptcy and call IRS and set up something. We followed through
with your advice and they are going to work with us. You could have chosen
to give us wrong advice, have our reputation ruined, unable to help our kids,
charge d us stiff fees, and just messed up our lives, but you chose to offer
your assistance because I truly believe you want to help people. You are
a lawyer of integrity and honesty and God Loves that. Please continue to
be a blessing to all people and God himself will reward you abundantly. You
don't have to lie, scheme, and use people to be successful. Your success
comes from God because He is our shepherd. Hopefully, we will get back on
track with IRS but, if we need your assistance in the future, we will look
you up again. May God bless your career, your marriage, your children, and
all of your endeavors. You are welcome to visit our church sometimes (New
Church Of Faith--5000 Silver Star Rd. The church is directly across the street
from Evans high school.) Thanks again for everything!!!
Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie T.
