Due to your diligence and assistance in getting me back on my feet through re-filing the last twenty years of my taxes and filing bankruptcy for my debt that I was unable to pay, I am not only back in the working world, but also have been promoted from Sales Rep to Sales Manager and now to Sales Director. Sales have increased four hundred percent at CICB, since I was hired in October of 2002, thanks to your help in my getting out from being underground to avoid the IRS. Being positive again is the only way to go for me.

It is nice not to have to duck creditors and the IRS these days. Even though I am letting them make interest on my money these days, my past paranoia of the IRS has me taking out more than I will need from my paycheck, to pay them each year. I received $4000.00 + back from the IRS last year.

I had a very difficult tax problem and was referred to Larry Heinkel by my C.F.O. Larry was able to Chapter 7 over $100,000 of back IRS taxes and a student loan that had grown into a monster in itself as well as various credit card companies, medical bills etc. He did a wonderful job for me.

Less than 6 mos. later I was able to get financed thru Ford Motor Credit at 9.9%, which for me was not a bad rate. Since then I have received many credit card offers, etc. and have NO credit problems whatsoever. This kind of sounds stupid but the guy (Larry) damn near saved my life. I highly recommend him. I get notices in the mail from them every so often telling me that the tax debt for such & such year has been taken care of. It's almost as if they don't have the whole account in one place. My bankruptcy in 2001 did cover the tax depts. You made a huge difference in my life and it was worth every penny. Why don't you send me some business cards and I can put them on the bulletin board in the kitchens here. We have about 700 employees here at the home office in Tampa. There are bound to be people who need help.

Hi Larry,

I received my installment agreement from the IRS. If I'm reading this right, my next payment of $343.00 is due on or before June 20th, to the Philadelphia address until I receive my official "notice billing" thingy. I had sent Ms. Register the first payment on the 24th of April along with the other documents requested for final approval, i.e., bank statements, et cetera.

Larry, I want to thank you so much for all your help in this matter. Thank you for putting my worst fears to rest. You and your staff were the only ones out of many I consulted who didn't get a kick out of making me believe the only place I was going to end up at was a dark and dingy cell.
